After a year of absence due to the pandemic, the Monaco Yacht Show returned with a significant number of attendees, multiple launches and a record demand for yachts.

As part of the 440 exhibitors, DEEP Blue was once again present at this world’s leading superyacht event.  With a larger stand located in Darse Sud Plongeur, the entire commercial and development team were ready and delighted to welcome all visitors and clients who stopped by.

Through the many discussions valuable insights were gained for future developments to provide robust and well architected software covering every corner of the yacht operations.

For the 30th Edition of the Monaco Yacht Show, around 80 superyachts were displayed at the Port Hercules quays, of which 32 were new launches making their world debut.

Among the largest yachts on display were: IJE (108m), Kismet (95m), Viva (94m) and Tatoosh (92,4m).

Throughout the four days, buyers, exhibitors, vendors had the opportunity to network with industry leaders and maritime suppliers to discuss their next yachting project and explore future trends in the industry.

For the latest industry trends, sustainability was one of the hot topics as the industry looks to push the propulsion into a lower carbon future. Designers, engineers and builders seek to adopt new technological solutions to reduce the sector’s environmental impact.

Without a doubt, the Monaco Yacht Show was the perfect way to end this busy Mediterranean yacht season. The whole team is already looking forward to the next edition!
